Shocker Rider No. 4, also known as Shocker Rider 4, is an antagonist from the original 1971 Kamen Rider series. Created by the evil organization Shocker, he is one of six artificial soldiers designed to fight against Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2.

Like his predecessors, Shocker Rider No. 4 was a human captured and surgically altered by Shocker. He received enhanced strength, agility, and the ability to transform into a grasshopper-like cyborg, mirroring the Kamen Riders. His suit is predominantly green, visually distinguishing him from the heroes.

Shocker Rider No. 4's mission was to eliminate the Kamen Riders and advance Shocker's agenda of global domination. He engaged in several battles, utilizing his superior physical abilities and cybernetic enhancements. Despite his strength, he was ultimately defeated by the combined efforts of Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2.
